Standards references, product descriptions, and program notes are provided to support review by qualified personnel. Inquiries and quotes

Submitting a form does not create a purchase contract. Quotations, availability, and documentation packages are confirmed separately. Petzl may request additional information before responding to a technical question.

Do not submit unlawful content, personal medical information, confidential third-party documents without permission, or misleading technical details. We may decline requests that are incomplete, unsafe, or outside our support scope.
