What to include
A useful inquiry gives the technical team enough context to avoid generic answers.
If you are reviewing fall protection, describe the access method, anchor location, free-fall distance, user weight range, rescue plan, and whether the crew needs positioning or only fall arrest. If you are reviewing helmets, describe the required class, chin strap expectation, headlamp or face shield accessories, environment, and the governing standard. Procurement inquiries should include annual volume, preferred distributor, required documentation, and whether alternates are allowed.
